Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Soft Services Manager to take full operational responsibility for catering and janitorial services across a pharmaceutical campus in Kildare, Ireland. The role requires a strong understanding of compliance-driven environments and robust vendor management.

You will manage budgets, review scope and pricing against contracts, and ensure GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have proven experience managing soft services (catering and cleaning/janitorial) within GMP-regulated environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing third-party providers delivering scope on behalf of a managing agent such as JLL.
• Hands-on experience with FM financial control systems, PO/GR processes, and budget variance reporting.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with excellent stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of catering and cleaning services across the site, ensuring GMP and non-GMP areas meet standards.
• Oversee third-party providers, review scope, pricing, and drive outcome-based performance.
• Issue permits to work, maintain audit-ready documentation, and liaise with client EHS/Quality/Operations teams.
• Lead budgeting, PO/GR processes, invoice reconciliation, and CAPA activities; ensure budget integrity.
