Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an experienced General Services Manager to lead on-site facilities management at the Eli Lilly site in Kinsale, Co. Cork, Ireland.

The role requires operational leadership, team development and strong client relationship management to ensure quality, compliance and safety across multiple service lines. You will drive continuous improvement, monitor SLAs/KPIs, and support contract growth while managing budgets and risk.

Qualifications

• Five years+ experience in regulated environments (GMP/GDP) in warehousing/ops.
• Experience managing outsourced services or complex facilities contracts.
• Strong budget, forecasting and P&L experience.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management.
• Proven leadership and development of diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee integrated facilities management delivery and contractual compliance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, monthly P&L, invoicing and financial performance.
