Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an experienced General Services Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities management at the Eli Lilly site in Kinsale, Co Cork. This role demands commercial focus, people leadership and a strong client mindset to oversee multiple service lines and ensure quality, compliance and safety.

You will manage a diverse team, drive operational excellence, monitor budgets and SLAs, and foster continuous improvement within a pharmaceutical environment governed by GMP and GDP

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading facilities management in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple service lines and clients.
• Strong budget and financial performance management.
• Deep knowledge of GMP, GDP and health & safety standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of integrated facilities management services on site.
• Lead and develop a diverse team to ensure high performance.
• Manage budgets, forecasting and monthly financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and pharmaceutical quality standards (GMP/GDP).
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs and supplier performance.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and business growth.
• Foster strong client relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with central teams and technical specialists.
