Sodexo seeks a Contract Director - Facilities Management to lead Integrated FM services at a high‑volume manufacturing site in Dublin. This senior role oversees 150+ staff and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while driving cost efficiency and service excellence.

You will steer strategic and operational delivery, align with client objectives, and foster continuous improvement across Hard FM, Soft FM, security, catering and workplace services.

Qualifikationen

• Senior operations or facilities leadership experience in a demanding setting.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience delivering high quality services in manufacturing environments with GMP considerations.
