Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with personal insurance needs.
• Manage renewals, ensuring policies are updated and issued on time.
• Provide advice on suitable insurance products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships as the main client contact.
• Identify cross-sell or upsell opportunities and resolve issues promptly.
