Job summary

Motion is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to own the paid-acquisition strategy across Carzone, CarsIreland and Cartell. Based in Dublin with hybrid work, you will lead acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok and emerging channels, balancing strategy with hands-on optimisation.

You'll apply advanced analytics, commercial judgement and stakeholder influence to drive growth, measurement, and improved conversion journeys while championing AI and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership with deep paid-media expertise and strong commercial judgement.
• Proven ability in paid search and social with strong Google Ads capability and advanced analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok and emerging channels, from strategy through to hands-on optimisation.
• Use performance and commercial data to optimise investment and identify growth opportunities.
• Drive experimentation across audiences, bidding, creative, feeds and conversion journeys.
• Strengthen measurement and attribution to demonstrate business impact.
• Partner across Product, Analytics, CRM, Brand and Technology to improve conversion and customer journeys.
• Influence senior stakeholders with evidence-led recommendations.
• Champion AI, automation and emerging technology to improve performance.
