Job summary

Calor Ireland is seeking a self-motivated Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimise digital activities, driving lead generation, customer acquisition and conversions across key segments. You will own paid media, SEO, AEO, and digital performance, oversee website optimisation, manage agencies and budgets, and report on KPIs to senior stakeholders.

The role requires a degree in Marketing with at least five years in digital marketing, GA4, Google Ads, and Google Search Console expertise, plus

Qualifications

Degree in Marketing or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing role.
Proficient in GA4, Google Search Console and Google Ads.
Experience leading integrated digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media and display advertising.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and growth.
Plan and manage organic and paid channels (SEO, SEM, email, social, display).
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Lead and coach the digital marketing team.
Manage budgets and agencies to maximise ROI.
