Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Head of Growth Marketing based in Ireland to drive acquisition, retention and reactivation for a digital storefront offering in-game currencies and digital goods across Africa and the Middle East. You will own paid acquisition budgets across Meta, Google, TikTok and other networks, lead CRM and lifecycle programs, and build a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in growth or performance marketing in gaming, e‑commerce, or digital apps.

Responsibilities

• Own paid user acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other networks.
• Develop and implement CRM and lifecycle campaigns (segmentation, onboarding, repeat purchases, win-back).
• Manage lifecycle communications via push, email, SMS, and WhatsApp to boost engagement and LTV.
• Lead ASO initiatives and improve storefront conversion to first purchases.
• Allocate budgets across channels and markets based on unit economics.
• Collaborate with Data Team to establish attribution and campaign effectiveness.
• Run a high-tempo experimentation program across channels and creatives.
• Lead the growth team and set objectives, briefs, and testing standards.
• Partner with product, market, and data teams to translate goals into campaigns.
• Monitor performance and adjust strategies for profitability.
