Meta is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager for the EMEA region to scale user acquisition, engagement, and revenue using AI-driven marketing strategies. You will own end-to-end paid social and digital campaign performance, optimise ROAS and ROI, and push for measurable impact through AI-enabled experimentation and automation.

The role requires a strong track record in performance marketing, cross-functional collaboration, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in performance or growth marketing with measurable scale.
• Proven track record driving scalable user acquisition and revenue.
• Strong analytical skills using data to inform decisions.
• AI fluency in day-to-day marketing work for faster outcomes.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with diverse teams.
• Excellent communication skills, able to distill complex concepts.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools.
• Experience in campaign strategy & brief writing; ability to guide AI-driven campaigns.
• Knowledge of signals, SQL, and audience fluency to target effectively.

Responsabilités

• Develop full-funnel campaigns across paid social, search, and other channels to drive acquisitions and brand awareness.
• Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize spend using AI.
• Experiment with new growth tactics and AI-driven approaches for CAC, LTV, and scalability.
• Monitor daily campaign operations and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
• Manage budgets and forecast performance, adjusting channel allocation to meet targets.
• Collaborate with product marketing, martech, research, and creative teams.
• Partner with analytics to develop measurement frameworks and attribution models.
• Ensure responsible, policy-compliant use of AI in marketing.
• Demonstrate measurable impact from AI-augmented workflows and share learnings.
