Job summary

Diageo’s Guinness Storehouse in Dublin invites applications for a People Operations Manager. You’ll lead the people operations agenda across Visitor Experience, combining workforce planning, leadership coaching and operational excellence to ensure the right people are in the right place.

This site-based role emphasizes coaching frontline leaders, recruitment coordination, labour budgeting and continuous improvement, with occasional home working and regular Saturday hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in People Operations, workforce planning or workforce management within a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong people leadership skills with coaching and development experience.
• Experience managing recruitment, agency partnerships and workforce planning.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills with labour budgets, reporting and operational performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience within hospitality, tourism, visitor attractions or events would be advantageous, as would experience using Workday or workforce rostering platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning, rostering and labour optimisation to support operational and seasonal demand.
• Coach and develop frontline leaders, building capability in people management, performance, wellbeing and employee relations.
• Oversee recruitment coordination, agency partnerships and workforce planning to ensure an engaged and high-performing team.
• Monitor labour budgets, workforce data and operational reporting to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Partner with HR, Learning & Development and operational stakeholders to deliver consistent people processes and strengthen leadership capability.
• Drive continuous improvement across people operations, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency and an exceptional employee experience.
