Job summary

Diageo is looking for a People Advisor to support Dublin and Littleconnell sites with practical HR guidance and employee relations expertise. The role is permanent and full-time, with some travel across IOI.

You will partner with HR colleagues to deliver policy guidance, case management, and manager coaching, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies while driving organisational change and development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience providing practical HR advice and partnering with business units.
• Strong ability to advise on employee relations matters through to resolution.
• Solid track record applying policies and coaching managers effectively.
• Experience delivering advisory support and guidance to people managers.
• Ability to identify risks and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, practical guidance to people managers on employee matters and policy applications.
• Manage individual employee cases (informal and formal) with proper documentation and escalation when required.
• Support HR business partners with local execution of change initiatives.
• Assist in implementation of global tools and programmes and local nuances as needed.
• Help build manager capability through targeted guidance and training.
