Job summary

Diageo is seeking a People Advisor to provide responsive HR guidance to people managers across Dublin and Co. Kildare. You will handle day-to-day employee matters, support HR partnerships, and help implement local changes while ensuring consistent policy application.

The role involves some travel between locations and a focus on building manager capability in a global organisation. You will contribute to a culture that values diversity, learns continuously, and delivers high-quality HR support

Qualifications

• HR advisory and employee relations experience in a corporate environment.
• Ability to apply policies consistently and fairly with practical guidance for managers.
• Experience delivering day-to-day HR support in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, practical guidance to people managers on employee matters.
• Manage individual employee cases (informal and formal) with appropriate escalation.
• Support HR Business Partners with local change initiatives and rollout of global tools.
• Advise on performance, absence, and exit processes with compliant policy application.
• Identify trends from cases to improve processes and build manager capability.
