Job summary

Sheen Falls Lodge in Kenmare, Co. Kerry, invites applications for a Pastry Chef de Partie (Demi/DP) to join the Kitchen team. A qualified chef at demi or chef de partie level with 2+ years in a similar hotel/restaurant background is required to join our team.

You will develop skills under the Head Chef's guidance in pastry excellence. This full-time role includes weekends and evening shifts. Benefits include a competitive salary, meals on duty, staff parking, full training, uniforms, staff

Qualifications

2+ years experience in a similar hotel/restaurant background.
Qualified chef at demi chef de partie or chef de partie level.
Experience in pastry preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Maintaining high standards of food preparation and service for the afternoon and evening service.
Be aware of all food preparation standards and that they are met at all times.
Ensure food that is prepared and presented is of high quality.
Ensure food safety guidelines & HACCP are maintained and monitored.
Assist in other sections of the Kitchen as required.
