Job summary

Sheen Falls Lodge in Kenmare, Co. Kerry, invites applications for a Pastry Chef de Partie (Demi/DP) to join the Kitchen team. A qualified chef at demi or chef de partie level with 2+ years in a similar hotel/restaurant background is required to join our team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a similar hotel/restaurant background.
• Qualified chef at demi chef de partie or chef de partie level.
• Experience in pastry preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining high standards of food preparation and service for the afternoon and evening service.
• Be aware of all food preparation standards and that they are met at all times.
• Ensure food that is prepared and presented is of high quality.
• Ensure food safety guidelines & HACCP are maintained and monitored.
• Assist in other sections of the Kitchen as required.

We are currently inviting applications for a demi/ Chef de Partie (Pastry) to join our Kitchen team. A qualified chef to a demi chef de partie or chef de partie level is required for the main kitchen with a further 2+ year experience coming from a similar hotel/ restaurant background necessary to join our team. Your will be required to demonstrate your experience, your passion for food, your food knowledge and cooking skills. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills under the guidance of the Head Chef. This is a great opportunity to grow & develop a career.
