The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a busy kitchen, pastry experience, and availability for morning and evening shifts including public holidays. We offer a welcoming team, development opportunities, meals on duty and staff benefits.

• Available to work a mixture of morning & evening shifts including public holidays.
• Experience working in a busy pastry section.

Responsabilidades

• Work with the team to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.
• Assist pastry team to create and deliver high quality desserts.
• Produce high quality products for service.
• Collaborate with F&B team to deliver excellent service.
• Contribute to all dessert menus with appropriate dishes and suggestions.
• Work as part of a team to deliver quality service.
• Adhere to HACCP regulations and maintain hygiene standards.
