Job summary

Sheen Falls Lodge Limited in Killorglin, Ireland, invites applications for a demi/chef de partie to join our Kitchen team in September 2023. A qualified chef at demi or chef de partie level with 2+ years in a hotel or restaurant is required to work in our main kitchen under the Head Chef.

This full-time role includes weekend and evening shifts, with opportunities to develop skills under supervision and grow within the kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Qualified chef at demi chef de partie or chef de partie level with 2+ years experience in a hotel/restaurant background.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining high standards of food preparation and service during afternoon and evening service.
• Be aware of all food preparation standards and that they are met at all times.
• Ensure that food prepared and presented is of high quality.
• Ensure food safety guidelines & HACCP are maintained and monitored.
• Assist in other sections of the Kitchen as required.

We are currently inviting applications for a demi/ Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen team in September 2023. A qualified chef to a demi chef de partie or chef de partie level is required for the main kitchen with a further 2+ year experience coming from a similar hotel/ restaurant background necessary to join our team. Your will be required to demonstrate your experience, your passion for food, your food knowledge and cooking skills. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills under the guidance of the Head Chef. This is a great opportunity to grow & develop a career. As part of your duties, you will be required to:
