Sheehy Motor Group in Ireland is seeking an Experienced Parts Advisor to join our Aftersales team. The role is based primarily at our Naas dealership, with occasional cover at Ballymount, and is offered as a full-time, permanent position.

You will deliver excellent customer service, assist customers in identifying parts, manage enquiries, process orders and invoices, and help keep the parts department stocked and organized to support the workshop.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Parts Advisor in the motor industry.
• VWGI brand experience would be a distinct advantage.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle parts, systems, and terminology.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in dealer management / parts ordering systems (e.g., Kerridge, ETKA, Autoline, or similar).
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Full, clean driver’s licence.

About the Role

Sheehy Motor Group is seeking an Experienced Parts Advisor to join our dynamic Aftersales team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, supporting workshop operations, and maintaining efficient parts supply for both retail and trade customers. This is a full-time position-based primarily in our Naas dealership, with occasional cover at our dealership in Ballymount.

Skills & Experience Required

• VWGI brand experience would be a distinct advantage
• Strong knowledge of vehicle parts, systems, and terminology.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a busy team.
• Proficiency in dealer management / parts ordering systems (e.g., Kerridge, ETKA, Autoline, or similar).
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Full, clean driver’s licence.
