Job summary

Joe Duffy Cork is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to be the focal point for parts customers, managing enquiries and coordinating with the workshop and dealership to ensure smooth service.

You will maintain product knowledge across the full parts range and uphold dealer standards while delivering excellent customer service and timely information to customers in a busy motor retail environment.

• Focal and experienced point of contact for parts customers

• Establish understanding and agreement with customer on parts required
• Liaise with department manager regarding customer dissatisfaction, follow dealership procedures

Due to on-going growth, we are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our Joe Duffy Cork business:

Requirements:

• To be the focal and experienced point of contact for parts customers requiring parts for their vehicles.
• Managing the flow of information between the workshop, the rest of the Dealership and the customer, delivering excellent customer service at all times.
• To manage all parts telephone and walk-in enquiries on behalf of the dealership.
• Qualify parts needs and requests.
• Establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the parts required.
• Manage any necessary liaison with department manager regarding customer dissatisfaction. Follow up in line with dealership procedures.
• Understand and adhere to manufacturer brand service requirements.
• Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of the dealership.
• Maintain product knowledge on the full parts range.
• Maintain relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times.
