Job summary

Kearys Motor Group, Ireland's largest family-owned motor group, is seeking a full-time Parts Adviser for our Renault unit in Cork. You will service parts at the front counter and provide support to workshop colleagues while building strong trade customer relationships.

The role requires a genuine interest in cars, excellent communication with customers in person, by phone and email, and a proactive approach to stock and system updates. Driving license is essential.

Qualifications

Previous experience in an automotive parts advisor role or similar preferred.
A genuine interest in cars and the motor trade.
Ability to communicate efficiently with customers in person, by phone and email.

Responsibilities

Serving Parts through both the front counter and workshop.
Maintaining and building relationships with trade customers.
Ensuring all customers are dealt with promptly and courteously.
Handling cash, cheques and accounts in line with procedures.
Reporting stock damage or losses to the Parts Manager.
Keeping the EPC system up to date with current information.
Assisting with stock checks when required.
Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

Role Overview

Kearys Motor Group is looking for top calibre candidates to join its winning team. We are currently seeking to recruit aFull Time Parts Advisorto join our growing team based in Kearys Renault, Kinsale Road.

Role Responsibilities:

Serving Parts through both the front counter and workshop.
Maintaining and building relationships with trade customers.
Ensuring all customers are dealt with promptly and courteously.
Ensuring that the procedures for handling cash, cheques and accounts are fully adhered to.
Reporting any stock damage or stock losses to the Parts Manager.
Ensuring that the EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) system is kept up to date and all current information available.
To assist in stock checks when required.
Maintain excellent relationships with all suppliers.
