Job summary

The Galway Bay Hotel is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our team in Galway. You will be the first point of contact for guests, providing information about local attractions and hotel services with a welcoming manner.

• Answer all calls in a timely and friendly manner.

• Work as part of the Reception Team.
• Follow day-to-day procedures for guest handling.
• Deal with and resolve guest queries.
