Job summary

The Galway Bay Hotel is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team in Galway. You will deliver professional, friendly service and ensure guests enjoy a memorable visit in a busy hospitality environment. Knowledge of drinks trends and cocktails is essential, and you will be supported with quality training.

• To maximize guest satisfaction by ensuring the smooth and efficient running of service.
• Ensure a professional, friendly and courteous service to all guests.
• To ensure that all guests are warmly welcomed and that orders are taken efficiently.
• To always be familiar with product offering (i.e. the menu, beverages on offer).
• To ensure that all Food and Beverage products are served efficiently and in accordance with the Company standard of presentation.
• To ensure the department is properly prepared and set-up prior to and after service.

The Galway Bay Hotel are now recruiting a experienced Bartender to join our great team.

Applicants must be available to work Monday to Friday and weekends.

Responsibilities

About You

• Have an in-depth knowledge of drink trends and cocktails.

• You have excellent communication skills and an inviting manner.


• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as quality training will be provided.
