Galway Bay Hotel in Galway is recruiting an experienced Food & Beverage Assistant to join our friendly and dynamic team on site.

Qualifications

• You will be warm, engaging with a passion for guest service.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday and weekends is essential.
• Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Maximise guest satisfaction by ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Provide professional, friendly, courteous service to all guests.
• Greet guests warmly and take orders efficiently.
• Familiar with the menu and beverage offerings.
• Serve F&B products in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure the department is prepared before and after service.

The Galway Bay Hotel are now recruiting an experienced Food & Beverage Assistant to join our friendly and dynamic team.

Applicants must be available to work Monday to Friday and weekends.

Key responsibilities:

• To maximise guest satisfaction by ensuring the smooth and efficient running of service.
• Ensure a professional, friendly and courteous service to all guests.
• To ensure that all guests are warmly welcomed and that orders are taken efficiently.
• To always be familiar with product offering (i.e. the menu, beverages on offer).
• To ensure that all Food and Beverage products are served efficiently and in accordance with the Company standard of presentation.
• To ensure the department is properly prepared and set-up prior to and after service.

• You will have a warm, engaging personality and have a passion for excellent guest service by going the extra mile to ensure our customers have a great experience and leave wanting to come back time and again.
• You will uphold our culture of Respect and possess qualities in keeping with the company core values: Excellence, Passion, Honesty, Flexibility & Fun!
• You have excellent communication skills and an inviting manner.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as quality training will be provided.
