Job summary

Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel is seeking an Experienced Pastry Chef to lead pastry production in our kitchen, delivering premium pastries, breads and confectionery for all service areas. You will work with the team to maintain the highest standards in presentation and quality.

The role requires strong HACCP and hygiene knowledge, with a focus on training junior staff and ensuring compliance across all kitchen processes. This is a part-time position at our Killiney location.

Qualifications

• Experience in pastry production to a high standard.
• Ability to lead and develop a pastry team.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pastry production, breads and confections to high standards.
• Maintain HACCP logs, hygiene and safety in all kitchen areas.
