Job summary

Learnosity is hiring an Internal IT Specialist to join our Dublin office. This part-time role (20 hours/week, mornings) focuses on supporting the Dublin team while coordinating with global IT support across time zones. You will be the sole IT resource on the ground in Dublin, reporting to the IT Manager in the US.

You’ll grow quickly in a global dual-stack IT environment, handling hands-on support and contributing to automation ideas within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Qualification in systems administration or equivalent IT support experience.
• Experience in Mac and Windows device support with modern MDM and directory tools.
• Proactive, customer-focused with strong communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and accounts in person and remotely.
• Onboard/offboard users, manage provisioning and deprovisioning in Google Workspace and Azure AD.
• Maintain IT documentation and assist with global IT coverage across time zones.
