Job summary

Asana is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist for our growing Dublin office. You will deliver holistic in-office support and assist Asana’s global teams through ticketing and Slack, collaborating with a distributed workforce.

You’ll troubleshoot Apple, Windows, and ChromeOS devices, deploy laptops with JAMF/Intune/ABM, and participate in onboarding and access management. A positive, service-oriented attitude and strong problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support roles
• Hardware troubleshooting on Apple/Windows/Chromebooks
• Basic AV and networking skills
• Experience with ticket-based enterprise workflow management
• Experience using and managing systems like Asana or Zendesk

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person IT support in the Dublin office IT Lounge
• Respond to user requests via chat and ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot hardware and software on Apple, Windows, and Chromebooks
• Build and deploy laptops using JAMF, Intune, ABM
• Participate in IT onboarding and welcome sessions
• Manage system access for users
• Deploy and support software for end-users
• Maintain conference rooms and all-hands spaces
• Manage hardware and software inventory
