Job summary

Keeper Security is hiring an IT Support Specialist to join our EMEA IT team, providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to employees in the Cork office and across Europe. This hybrid role requires residing in Ireland and commuting to Cork as needed.

You will help resolve hardware, software, account access and workplace technology issues, onboard and offboard employees, and support asset management while escalating complex problems to senior teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support or related role
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS in a business environment
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, account access and workplace tech issues
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft technologies or similar platforms
• Experience provisioning and supporting employee laptops and peripherals
• Familiarity with identity and access management concepts (users, groups, permissions)
• Basic networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi, VPNs
• Experience with ticketing systems and documenting issues/resolutions
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills
• Ability to commute to Cork office and reside in Ireland as required

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support for employees
• Troubleshoot laptops, peripherals, OS, business apps, and user access
• Provision, configure and deploy laptops and equipment for new hires
• Support onboarding/offboarding, account setup and asset management
• Administer user accounts across Google Workspace, Microsoft, SaaS apps
• Manage IT hardware, software assets and inventory
• Diagnose connectivity, VPN, Wi‑Fi, and basic network issues
• Support conference rooms and audiovisual equipment in Cork
• Document incidents, resolutions and troubleshooting steps in tickets
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT/security teams with clear docs
• Assist with endpoint management, software deployment, patching and security controls
• Follow data protection policies and maintain internal IT docs
• Use AI-assisted tools to assist troubleshooting and research
