Job summary

Asana in Dublin seeks an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide critical support for the Dublin office and assist Asana's global users through ticketing and Slack.

You will deliver in-person help in the IT Lounge, troubleshoot Apple, Windows, and ChromeOS devices, and deploy laptops using JAMF, Intune, and ABM.

Join a friendly, service‑oriented team focused on onboarding, access control, software deployment, and keeping conference rooms and inventory running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support roles including hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Ability to deploy laptops with standard tools (JAMF, Intune, ABM).
• Experience with ticket-based support and distributed teams.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person IT support in the Dublin office IT Lounge.
• Respond to user requests via chat and ticketing tools.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software across Apple, Windows, and ChromeOS.
• Build and deploy new laptops using JAMF, Intune, ABM.
• Manage system access and deploy software for end users.
• Maintain conference rooms and meeting spaces; manage hardware inventory.
