Lincoln Recruitment Specialists is seeking an experienced HR Generalist for a part-time (contractor or permanent) role in Ireland. Flexible morning hours and a part-time schedule suit a candidate with strong Irish employment law knowledge.

The role covers full employee lifecycle, employee relations, compliance, and HR process improvements across a multi-site environment. CIPD or progress towards it is desirable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a generalist HR role with strong working knowledge of Irish employment law.
• Confident managing employee relations issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Discreet, solutions-focused, and proactive in approach.
• CIPD qualification or working towards same is desirable.
• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site or commercial environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and staff.
• Handle employee relations matters including investigations and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate HR records and systems.
• Support recruitment, selection and onboarding activities.
• Assist with learning & development and employee engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.
