Job summary

FRS Recruitment is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to oversee day-to-day HR activities, implement policies, maintain records, coordinate recruitment, onboarding and offboarding. The role sits in Mullingar with a blended onsite/remote setup.

You will support managers and staff on HR matters, assist with performance management and employee relations cases, ensure compliance with Irish Employment Law, and contribute to reporting and HR process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Excellent knowledge of Irish Employment Law.
• Experience managing employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances.
• Strong assertive interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development and offboarding.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support performance management and employee relations management.
• Assist with payroll, pay and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies and HR procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports and metrics.
• Coordinate learning and development, career progression and succession planning initiatives.
• Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters.
• Maintain HR systems and documentation, identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
