• Acting as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees
• Managing employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, and conduct issues
• Advising leaders on HR best practice and employment legislation
• Supporting organisational change initiatives, restructures, redundancy processes, and TUPE transfers
• Conducting workplace investigations and ensuring fair, compliant outcomes
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding activities
