Job summary

Elite Talent Hub is seeking an HR Generalist for their Dublin head office in Finglas, Dublin 11. The role supports a large, mobile workforce across Ireland and abroad, with responsibilities spanning recruitment, onboarding, contracts, records, payroll inputs and employee relations.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in HR Generalist roles, strong IT skills, and an interest in international HR. Degree in HR/Business is required with CIPD Level 5 desirable.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• CIPD Level 5 desirable.
• 1–3 years' HR Generalist/HR Admin experience.
• Good knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment end to end from advertising to contracts.
• Run onboarding for office and field staff.
• Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Maintain accurate HR records and payroll inputs.
