Notion is seeking a first-line leader to manage a team of Outcomes Architects, owning execution across workflow adoption, value realization, renewal readiness, and expansion qualification. You will drive customer outcomes and ensure high-quality delivery across the post-sale journey.

This coaching-first role partners with Solutions Consultants, Sales, Services, Support, Product, and RevOps to move customers from design to adoption and measurable value.

Qualifications

• Frontline management experience leading customer-facing GTM teams in B2B software.
• Direct experience coaching teams through customer discovery, workflow design, adoption planning, value realization, renewals, expansion.
• Strong coaching orientation with ability to review calls/plans and identify improvements.
• Commercial instincts to assess account health and renewal risk and drive urgency.
• Deep discovery instincts to map problems to adoption plans.
• Experience in a shared account model with Sales, Solutions, Services, or Support.
• Operational rigor to build inspection cadences, coaching rituals, and performance standards.
• Ability to develop talent from onboarding through consistent performance.

Responsibilities

• Own Net Revenue Growth for team’s book of business and ensure execution quality across adoption, value realization, renewal readiness, and expansion.
• Coach OA builders on AI transformation plans, build-beside workshops, value reviews, and renewal processes.
• Build and run the operating cadence for the team: metrics reviews, adoption and renewal-risk reviews, and forecast calls with leadership.
• Hire, onboard, and certify new OAs to the GTM builder motion across ramp to execution.
• Partner with Solutions Consultant leaders and Sales on expansion and renewal strategy for shared accounts.
• Collaborate with Services leadership to identify complex implementation needs and accelerate adoption.
• Set standard for product and workflow fluency so OAs guide customers in Notion’s AI-enabled world.
• Represent team in leadership forums with clear signal on performance and investment needs.
• Uphold excellence by coaching to global OA methodology and KPIs.
