Notion is hiring an Outcomes Architect to empower customers in an AI-native world. You will own workflow adoption, value realization, and renewal outcomes for a book of named accounts, focusing on flat or at-risk customers and strong outcomes.

You will collaborate with Solutions Consultants on account strategy and planning, shaping outcomes that drive revenue and customer partnerships. This role blends AI, productivity, and customer value at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion within a B2B software environment.
• You are fluent in Russian.
• Strong customer-facing discovery instincts with ability to map workflows and translate goals into plans.
• Technical fluency and presence as a trusted advisor for Notion workspaces.

Responsibilities

• Drive workflow adoption and value realization for a book of named accounts.
• Contribute to net revenue retention with renewal and expansion opportunities.
• Partner with Solutions Consultants on strategy for expansion and renewal.
• Define mutual success plans guiding customers through AI transformation and ROI reviews.
• Identify new workflow opportunities that increase value with Notion.
