Job summary

123ink.ie in Dublin is seeking a Back office Sales Administrator for our Finglas office. This fixed, on-site role offers a path in a growing online retail group with potential for career development.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in back-office sales or similar, a track record of meeting targets, and the ability to learn our pricing and products quickly. The role involves collaboration with Customer Service and Warehouse teams to drive orders.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English required.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily targets.
• Meet daily with Business Development colleagues and/or the General Manager.
• Maintain accurate records of pricings, sales, and activity reports.
• Assist with promotional presentations and campaigns.
• Work with Customer Service and Warehouse teams to ensure new clients receive excellent service.
