Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager with deep Oracle HCM Core HR expertise to support and enhance our global HR technology landscape. The role will be the primary HRIS lead for Ireland and support expansion across the EMEA region.

The ideal candidate will have strong Oracle HCM functional expertise, covering Core HR and modules such as Recruiting, Absence Management, Talent, and Security, and will partner with People & Culture, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (HR/IS/Business).
• 5+ years HRIS experience with 3+ years Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong Oracle HCM Core HR skills; experience with Recruiting and Absence Management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Oracle HCM functional lead for Ireland and designated EMEA initiatives.
• Configure, maintain, test, and optimise Oracle HCM functionality.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
• Partner with global HRIS team to deliver Oracle updates and improvements.
• Lead HR technology activities for country implementations, entity onboarding, and expansions across EMEA.
