Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland seeks an experienced Employee Relations Manager to partner with the ER/People Experience team across Ireland, NI, Isle of Man, Bermuda and Gibraltar. You will lead investigations end-to-end, produce detailed documentation and ensure timely, fair resolutions in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with CIPD preferred.
• 7+ years' experience in Employee Relations / HR.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and multi-jurisdictional exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations matters and investigations end-to-end, with clear reports and executive updates.
• Lead complex and sensitive ER matters across service lines.
• Conduct interviews, analyse information, and present findings clearly.
• Advise leaders on appropriate outcomes, balancing risk and business needs.
• Partner with leaders to identify root causes and mitigate risk.
• Stay updated on Irish employment law and update policies as needed.
• Collaborate to ensure consistent ER experience across the firm.
• Provide coaching and guidance to People & Culture stakeholders.
