Job summary

HRM Search Partners is seeking an experienced HR Manager for Ireland & EU to lead the people agenda and provide strategic HR partnership across international markets. The role oversees HR operations for ~300 employees across two Irish locations within a global matrix, enabling growth and organisational development.

The successful candidate will balance hands-on delivery with strategic partnering, bringing strong knowledge of Irish employment law and experience in multi-country environments.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience operating in international, multi-country or matrix organisations.
• Experience scaling HR frameworks during growth or international expansion.
• Proven business partnering capability to advise and influence senior leaders.
• Experience with workforce planning, organisational design and change management.
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach balancing strategy and delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Law or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR agenda for Ireland, ensuring compliance with Irish employment law.
• Act as strategic HR partner to global division, aligning people priorities with business goals.
• Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, organisational design and change.
• Provide HR oversight across smaller international markets and scaling in new countries.
• Support recruitment and onboarding in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
• Coach leaders on performance management and employee relations.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues across regions to implement global HR frameworks.
• Manage external HR partners, employment law advisers and payroll/payroll services.
