Grant Thornton Ireland is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to partner with the ER/People Experience team, Risk, Regulatory and Legal Affairs in managing complex employee relations matters across Ireland and multi-jurisdictional sites.

The role requires leading investigations end-to-end, producing detailed documentation and ensuring timely, fair and commercially balanced resolutions while balancing policy, risk and employee experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• CIPD qualification (or working towards) preferred.
• 7+ years’ experience in Employee Relations / HR.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Experience managing WRC-related matters, disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Experience operating in a matrixed professional services environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using case management systems and HR technologies.

Aufgaben

• Manage employee relations investigations end-to-end, with clear reports for stakeholders.
• Lead highly complex and sensitive ER matters across service lines.
• Conduct investigation interviews and synthesize information from multiple sources.
• Provide balanced, commercially-informed recommendations aligned to policy and risk.
• Advise business leaders on performance management, disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Collaborate with People Experience and Risk, Regulatory and Legal Affairs for consistency.
