Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland seeks a Global People Operations Manager to lead the regional HR function across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia. You will partner with HRBPs, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to align regional execution with global priorities, driving scalable People & Culture programs within the firm’s framework.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent).
5–7 years of experience in HR Generalist/Operations/People Operations or shared services.

Responsibilities

Lead governance of People & Culture policies and programs with scalable processes and standards.
Provide guidance on regional employment practices and regulatory requirements.
Advise on complex People Operations matters across the employee lifecycle.
Drive cross-functional projects to improve operations and employee experience.
Utilize data to identify trends and inform HR initiatives.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver integrated HR solutions.
