• Proven experience leading complex implementations and transformation initiatives in a client-facing environment.
• At least 5 years in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with proactive stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end client implementations, payroll transitions and transformation projects from planning to go-live and stabilisation.
• Manage multiple projects with governance, risk, budget oversight and timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, trackers and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate cross-border teams and international Grant Thornton member firms across jurisdictions.
• Lead meetings, workshops and steering committees with clear decisions and follow-up.
• Identify risks and dependencies, driving timely resolution and escalation.
• Support technology implementations, integrations, automation and process improvements.
• Provide management oversight of global payroll managed services and ensure service levels.
