Are you a natural people person with strong organisational skills and the confidence to keep a busy operation running smoothly? OC Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting an Operations Manager on behalf of our client in Co. Laois. This is a hands-on management role for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and making sure everything behind the scenes runs as it should. Youll be responsible for supporting and managing the team, coordinating staffing levels, recruitment and rostering, while also ensuring day-to-day operations are organised and efficient.

The Role

As Operations Manager, you will be a key point of contact for both staff and management and will take responsibility for the smooth running of daily operations.

• Leading, supporting and managing the team on a day-to-day basis
