Qualifications

• Experience in operations or people management roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with recruitment and staff rostering.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leading, supporting and managing the team on a day-to-day basis
• Building positive relationships with staff and creating a supportive working environment
• Managing staff recruitment, from advertising and interviewing through to onboarding
• Preparing and maintaining staff rosters
• Managing staffing requirements, absences and day-to-day operational issues
• Supporting staff performance, development and retention
• Ensuring internal processes and procedures are followed
• Using IT systems confidently for rostering, reporting, administration and communication
• Helping to continuously improve how the service operates
