Responsibilities

• Logistics & warehousing: manage receipt and dispatch of shipping samples, stock handling, records, and housekeeping.
• Quality & verification: check inbound deliveries and flag discrepancies promptly.
• Data entry: accurately input operational data into internal systems.
• Client communication: provide proactive, clear, and professional updates to clients and team.
• SOP compliance: follow, review and assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures.
• Projects & scheduling: meet daily/weekly/monthly deadlines and support ad-hoc projects.
