Job summary

Reach Active Limited is seeking a depot administrator/coordinator to manage depot facilities, ensure deliveries and paperwork meet orders, and carry out safety and reporting duties across sites in Ireland. The role requires accurate record-keeping and regular safety checks of equipment.

The candidate will travel to sites around Ireland, with potential for occasional out-of-hours coverage. A full, clean driving license is essential, with additional driving entitlements and safety credentials

Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial/construction environment preferred.
• Accurate record keeping and reporting required.
• Good numeracy and IT skills for reporting.

Responsibilities

• General management of depot facilities to maintain a safe, tidy and controlled work environment.
• Record and report material/plant deliveries and collections at the depot location.
• Record and report delivery/collection of company or hired assets and machinery to suppliers/site locations.
• Record and report the issue and return of assets and equipment to site personnel.
• Conduct ad hoc plant and vehicle inspections as required by the Plant & Transport Coordinator.
