Job summary

Jones Engineering is seeking a Site Administrator for an onsite role in Kinsale, Cork. You will support the onsite team with documentation, attendance records, and filing, while coordinating with contract managers and staff.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in construction administration, excellent IT and communication skills, and a high level of organisation to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

• Excellent IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the onsite team.
• Liaise with contracts managers and construction staff.
• Record daily attendance and timesheets.
• File site reports, safety audits and memos.
• Control of critical documents via the project database.
• Assist with submission and tracking of project documentation and safety certs.
• Handle data input and information updates.
• Support training coordination.
