Job summary

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of allocated service desk tickets and resolve promptly.
• Adhere to SLAs in ticket handling and calls.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware.
• Identify issues at client sites and escalate as needed.
• Perform routine security checks and backups.
