Job summary

Engage People Recruitment in Dublin is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to join a busy technology team. This hands-on, business-facing role will take ownership of day-to-day IT operations while working closely with users, internal technology teams and external providers.

This position is onsite five days a week. You will own incidents and requests, support Microsoft 365, Windows, end‑user devices, networks and hardware, and manage asset lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Operations, Desktop Support, Infrastructure Support or Service Delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, hardware and networking.
• Experience working with ITSM / ticketing processes including Incident, Request and Change Management.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve IT incidents, service requests and operational issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows, end‑user devices, networks, meeting rooms and hardware.
• Manage hardware deployments, replacements, repairs and asset lifecycle.
• Support joiner, mover and lever processes.
• Work with third‑party vendors and internal technology teams to keep services running smoothly.
• Support IT projects, upgrades, office moves, Disaster Recovery and resilience testing.
• Identify operational risks and drive continuous improvement across IT services.
• Maintain IT documentation, procedures and operational controls.
