Job summary

GCS Recruitment partners with a rapidly growing MSP to recruit a Level 2 IT Support Engineer for a fully onsite, client-facing role based in Dublin 22. The role focuses on delivering hands-on Microsoft 365 support, Entra ID, Intune, and Windows 10/11 across enterprise clients.

You will work directly with a major enterprise client, providing expert support, building stakeholder relationships, and contributing to IT improvements in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a Level 2 IT Support, Desktop Support, or Systems Support role.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Intune.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a client‑facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Level 2 technical support across hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies within Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Support endpoint management and device deployments using Intune.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktop and infrastructure-related issues.
• Act as a trusted IT partner for end users and business stakeholders.
• Work closely with internal Level 3 teams to resolve complex issues and implement improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to service enhancement initiatives.
