Engage People Recruitment is hiring an IT Support Officer for an onsite, full-time role in Dublin City Centre. You will provide day-to-day IT support, manage Microsoft 365/Azure, and assist with cybersecurity and ICT resilience initiatives. Ideal candidates have ~3 years' experience in IT support and strong infrastructure knowledge.

Join a regulated environment and work with external IT providers to ensure smooth IT operations and security compliance.

Competenze

• 3 years' experience in IT Support or similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Exposure to Azure, networking, endpoint management, and IAM.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles, patch/vulnerability management and data protection.
• Experience with external IT service providers or MSPs is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day IT support to users, troubleshooting hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
• Support administration and maintenance of Microsoft 365, Azure, networks, endpoints, applications and telephony systems.
• Assist with IT hardware/software licences and IT asset register.
• Support user account administration, joiner/mover/leaver processes, access permissions and MFA.
• Assist with IT infrastructure upgrades, system implementations and improvements.
• Support cybersecurity policy implementation and technical controls.
• Assist with DORA readiness and ICT operational resilience initiatives.
• Coordinate with outsourced IT service providers to monitor service delivery.
