Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking an experienced IT / 2nd Line Support Engineer for a Dublin, Ireland role with hybrid working. The contract is 6 months with a January start.

You will provide second-line technical support, manage incidents per ITIL guidelines, and assist with Microsoft 365, Azure, AD and endpoint management. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a similar role, hands-on experience with Intune/Autopilot, and familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira within a global

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT Support/2nd Line in a helpdesk environment.
• Experience working within an ITIL framework.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, antivirus and firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Familiarity with remote desktop tools and helpdesk software.
• Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira or similar is advantageous.
• Previous experience supporting users within a global enterprise organisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line support, resolving hardware, software and network issues.
• Manage incidents, service requests and escalations in line with ITIL best practices.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory and endpoint management.
• Configure, deploy and manage devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Troubleshoot remote access, security and infrastructure-related issues.
